La Canada Real Estate Agents doesnot endorse or recommend the products or services of any particular real estate agent, Realtor orbroker. La Canada Real Estate Agents’s services are only administrative. You should rely on your ownjudgment in deciding which real estate agent, terms and broker best suits your needs. The broker issolely responsible for its services to you, and you agree that La Canada Real Estate Agents shall not beliable for any damages or costs of any type arising out of or in any way connected with your use ofsuch services. LaCanadaRealEstateAgents.com is not owned or operated by any real estate firms oragencies.

By clicking on any button indicating an acceptance or agreement to terms, a continuance ofprocessing or submission (“submission”) you understand that you are agreeing to the stated termsand conditions of that submission and that you are submitting an inquiry as to a real estate agentthrough La Canada Real Estate Agents to each of the brokers to whom your request is transmitted. Bysubmitting the real estate agent request, you are extending an express invitation to each broker youhave been matched with to contact you by telephone at the numbers you have provided so they mayassist you with your transaction, and you hereby consent to any such calls even if your phone numberis on any Do Not Call list, or by email at the email address you provided or at another address thatmay be associated with you that we receive from brokers or other parties and you hereby consent toany such email so it will not be considered spam or unauthorized by any local, state or federal law orregulation. By saving your information with La Canada Real Estate Agents or by doing a submission, yougive La Canada Real Estate Agents permission to retain all such provided information and to make liveor recorded calls to discuss, provide or remind you of any information in regards to your submission,including incomplete real estate agent requests, the delivery of real estate agent request matches,deadlines, quality of services or other matters in connection with your real estate agent request. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold La Canada Real Estate Agents, its officers, directors, shareholders,predecessors, successors in interest, employees, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates, harmlessfrom any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made againstLa Canada Real Estate Agents by any third party due to or arising out of or in connection with your useof the Site.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

You agree to the personal jurisdiction by and venue in the stateand federal courts in Los Angeles County, California, and waive any objection to such jurisdiction orvenue. Claims made under the separate terms andconditions of purchase for goods and services are not subject to this limitation. No recovery maybe sought or received for damages other than out-of-pocket expenses, except that the prevailingparty will be entitled to costs and attorneys’ fees. In the event of any controversy or dispute betweenLa Canada Real Estate Agents and you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, theparties shall attempt, promptly and in good faith, to resolve any such dispute. If we are unable toresolve any such dispute within a reasonable time (not to exceed thirty (30) days), then either partymay submit such controversy or dispute to mediation. If the dispute cannot be resolved throughmediation, then the parties shall be free to pursue any right or remedy available to them underapplicable law.
